The Project: Lagoa do Sonho
After weeks of lots of work, plannings, conversations and almost getting crazy I can now finally announce that the project Lagoa do Sonho has finally been finished. Constructions are going to start in January 08 and will be finished in June 08. All papers, documents and plans have been acredited by the government and the most famous construction-company in North-Brazil will start up to take its work any minute. But let me explain everything in detail:Here you can download the clip!
The whole resort is situated between Paracuru and Laghoinha in the NE of Brazil, about 1 hour north of Fortaleza. Protected in a big river delta, it is only being reached over land by a private road. At the resort there will be a 300x300 m lagoon created, which will be 1,8m deep... so there is plenty of space!!! Furthermore there will be swimming bojes in the lagoon to keep the water as flat as possible
The resort will consist of 5 BIP mansions, 5 big houses, 10 rental chalets and 16 apartments:
The VIP mansions (interiors can be designed personally) will be sold for 200.000 € each:
The big houses will be 150.000 each:
One apartment will be sold for 100.000 each (You can see them in the video above)

wenn du jemanden brauchst, der als unabhängiger, objektiver tester jede einzelnde villa für ein paar wochen testen soll, dann weißt ja wo dich melden kannst haha! frohe weihnachten!!! (war gestern leider nicht mehr vorm pc wo du zurückgschrieben hast!)
Wenn man von 3-4 Personen je "Unterkunft" ausgeht will ich das gar nicht ausrechnen... Denke das könnte eng werden oder???
Die VIP Häuser sind teilweise von Leuten gekauft, die sicher nicht mehr als ein paar Wochen dort verbringen, das gleiche gilt für die großen Häuser und den Apartments. Ausserdem, denke ich dass eine 300m lange Lagune die in 3 Teile durch die Schwimmer unterteilt wird, ganz leicht für 30 Leute reicht, wenn man bedenkt dass die Lagune in Taiba keine 70m breit und ca 20m lang ist, und dort auch oft 15 Leute (dann wirds halt eng) rumfahren!

looks great... but could it be setup with side shore winds. Otherwise if something goes wrong you'd get pulled into the chalets and so on...

Good question!
The problem, or moreover, the good thing is, that the land there is only to be built on exactly as the big as the map is. Everything around is titled as Natureza, which means, it is reserved for turtles to make some little baby turtles, and it is not allowed to be built on it. Which is really good for the resort, since there will never be the chance that anyone can build anything there to block the wind etc.
Thererfore, we had to adapt our plans, and situate them like this, and of course we wanted to have the lagoon in front But if you ever think about, how far 300m on the water are, you will soon realize, that it is more thatn plenty. Lagoa Cauipe in Cumbuco is about 120m and Lagoa Taiba has 70m, and people kite there without problems... So 300m are more than enough!
